Description
Richard Mille created its first automatic watch in the Rafael Nadal Collection, the RM35-02. The tonneau case measures 44.5mm x 49.94 mm and 13.15 mm thick which is made of quartz TPT and a resin infused material. The red quartz of the RM35-02 surface displays extremely regular undulations, which are composed of multiple layers of parallel filaments. The transparent sapphire crystal comes with anti-reflective treatment on both sides for easy legibility. The RM35-02 runs on the Calibre RMAL1, with automatic winding skeletonized movement and a power reserve of 55 hours. The skeletonized movement employs baseplate and bridges made of wet-sandblasted grade 5 titanium for maximum rigidity and durability. It comes on a fabric strap with a velcro fastener and has a water resistance of up to 50 meters (164 feet).
